Valdres Rococo Plate – JP3191

Description

This bundle includes the beautiful triple beaded plate and pattern packet.  The 16″ triple beaded bass wood plate and was custom made for us by Tim Montzka.

This study was inspired by the works of Peter Aadnes and a beautiful sled photographed in the Drammens Museum. Often called a “city painter,” Peter Aadnes was a wealthy farmer who painted flowers and scrolls greatly influenced by the rococo style of the guild painters.
