Strathmore 400 Series Watercolor Paper is a cold press sheet with a surface designed to support repeated washes and scrubbing. 140 lb. (300 gsm).This pH-neutral, cold press surface is designed to support repeated washes and scrubbing. It can be used with or without preliminary soaking and is highly resistant to rub-up when wet. The deckle is on the 15″ edge of the 15″ x 22″ sheet, and on the 30″ edge of the 22″ x 30″ sheet.
