Coat, expose, and print – it’s that simple!
Easily create polyester silk screens with Speedball’s DIAZO Photo Emulsion and Sensitizer. The photographic process doesn’t require a darkroom or expensive equipment and allows you to apply any black-and-white image to a screen. The emulsion and sensitizer must be mixed correctly for the screen to develop. Once the emulsion has hardened, you can use the polyester screen with any water-soluble or solvent-based ink. When you are ready to print a new image, you can clean the screen with Photo Emulsion Remover and start the process again.
