Description
Michael Harding Artists Watercolors were developed over more than two decades to provide exceptional color saturation, clarity, and performance. Each of the 130+ colors in the range is carefully formulated using finely ground pigments bound with high-quality gum arabic and honey for optimal handling and rewetting properties.
Of these, 92 are single-pigment colors, allowing for clean mixing and strong color contrast. The range includes both historical and contemporary hues, from traditional cadmiums and a wide selection of greens for plein air painting to rare pigments such as Lapis Lazuli and Rose Madder, adapted from Michael Harding’s renowned oil paint line.
These watercolors rewet easily, making it simple to reuse dried paint or create custom palettes in pans. Each color is designed to offer its own unique character and depth, with a focus on vibrancy and longevity.
