Da Vinci Harvest Moon Artist Watercolor is a golden yellow with a rich amber coloration and slight granulation on certain papers. This honey of a color is perfect for painting the gilded hues of harvest fields, autumn leaves, golden rod and sunflowers along with capturing the warm light of a setting sun or a full moon rising.
An excellent nontoxic option for Nickle Azo watercolor, Harvest Moon is semi-transparent so will create beautiful glazes and performs fantastic in mixes. Harvest Moon imparts a natural glow to other colors and can be used to quickly create a range of greens, browns, and oranges. Try mixing with Titanium White to create warm ivories and creamy golds.
