Thanks to the special fiber in this Ultimo series, extraordinary softness and a capacity to retain liquids are achieved which is virtually the same as that found in the natural squirrel hair. The Ultimo series could become a synthetic hair benchmark to gradually replace natural hair in the future. Handmade in Spain at the Escoda brush factory by expert brush makers they feature triple crimp, exclusive to Escoda (trademarked) to secure the ferrule to the brush handle and shape lock technology which is an exclusive process of treating the brush hairs to maintain the shape given them when making the brush.
