This bullet-tip pen contains semi-transparent white ink, making it easy to transform any vibrant color into a delicate pastel. Water-based pigment ink is perfect coloring on dark papers, and you can even control how intense the white is: put down a single layer of color for a semi-transparent tone; let dry and add a second layer to intensify the tone and increase the opacity. Round nib is capable of making marks from 1 – 3mm.
