Cretacolor Fine Art Pastel Pencils are artist quality, lightfast and brilliantly pigmented pastel pencils formulated to be soft working but with enough foundation to hold a crisp line and capable of a wide range of aqueous techniques. Colors are mixable, wipeable, and water-soluble. Fixing is required. Color-coded tips permit easy identification. Pencils are pre-sharpened.
