Description
This gypsum-based Plaster of Paris is ideal for fine art casting. It creates very hard casts that hold great detail and resist chipping and cracking.Castrite can also be used for shell molds to create latex slip castings and backup flexible molds. Mix Castrite with colored pigments or water-based paints to create artistic effects. When dry, molds and casts accept paint and other finishes. Castrite may be sanded by hand or using power tools. Not chalky. Sets in two hours.
