Their compression-style design is able to achieve the same level of stencil detail and durability as vacuum exposure units, thanks to the integration of high-output LED bulbs and optically clear glass. The glass allows 99% of the UV light output from the specially manufactured bulbs to pass through without disrupting the wavelength, resulting in stronger, more precise stencils.
Designed specifically for screen exposure, the bulbs output a spectrum of light that works with all types of emulsion and achieves optimal exposure faster than spiral-type LEDs. With their low wattage and lifetime of more than 10,000 hours, they’re an energy-efficient and eco-friendly choice, too.
