Da Vinci Kazan Traditional Squirrel Daggers have sword-shaped bristles that are ideal for pinstriping, hand lettering, and ornamental designs. Handmade in Germany, these brushes feature brass ferrules and imitation cedar handles. The dagger stripers are made with natural Kazan squirrel hair highly prized for its length, superb tip, and elasticity. The soft squirrel hair is highly absorbent, and when wet comes to an excellent point. Squirrel hair has little or no spring and is perfect for creating precise linear strokes.
Before leaving the brush workshop, each brush is examined to make sure that the brush-head is flawless, and that the ferrule is firmly attached to the handle. This brush features brass ferrules and imitation cedar handles.
