Da Vinci Artists’ Watercolor, Manganese Blue Mixture, is a professional quality watercolor paint that has a soft consistency right out of the tube. Each color is extremely permanent, with the highest tinting strength and pigment concentration available. This watercolor paint is formulated from a combination of Ba Manganate with Ba Sulphate (PB33) and Copper Phthalocyanine (PB15).
