Handy and portable, this cutter can be secured at various locations on the mat board for multiple openings. Includes cutter base and adjustable radial plate, extra blades, illustrated instructions and mat board for practice.
Cut oval sizes 3″ × 4¼” to 20″ × 23″ and circles from 4″ to 20″ in diameter. The exclusive levered stepping system enters the blade gradually into the mat board to eliminate bumps on the beveled edge.
