Schmincke Primer 1 is a pure white, semi-opaque, light-resistant, and nonaging primer for oil and acrylic colors. The primer has a strong absorbent character and forms an elastic, matt film once dry. Schmincke Primer 1 is ready to use straight out of the bottle, or for a thinner consistency, you can thin it with water.
