Ideal for drawing, sketching, hatching, and smudging, Cretacolor Compressed Charcoal sticks are made from charcoal particles and clay that have been compressed into a mold and fired. The sticks offer precise, consistent strokes that can be smudged easily with a paper blending stick. The set of three sticks contains one each of soft, medium, and hard.
